2. Services

Bavarli provides digital services to small and medium businesses, including:

• SEO-optimised website design and development
• Business automation flows (WhatsApp, booking systems, lead management)
• Digital marketing audits

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate service proposal. These Terms apply to all engagements unless a specific contract states otherwise.

3. Quotes and payments

All prices shown in proposals are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project delivery. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables (website design, copy, automations) created specifically for them. Bavarli retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Any third-party tools, fonts, plugins, or templates used remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, clients agree to:

• Provide required content (text, images, brand assets) within the agreed timeframe
• Give timely feedback during review rounds (typically 5 business days)
• Designate a single point of contact for approvals

Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional fees.

6. Limitation of liability

Bavarli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or other search engines, as these are determined by third-party algorithms outside our control. We do guarantee applying industry-standard SEO best practices.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Clients may cancel a project at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed pro-rata. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If Bavarli cancels a project, any unused portion of payments received will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship for 2 years.

9. Privacy

Data submitted through our contact form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing law

11. Changes to these Terms
